User Instructions
- Observe speed recommendations below.
- After pilot drill penetration, be careful not to “bang” the holesaw onto the surface. This could damage or break the cutting teeth.
- Remove material “slug” before commencing subsequent holes.
- Can be used in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to 1.6mm thick. Drilling thicker than recommended material causes “clogging” and leads to premature wear or even tool breakage
- When attaching a replacement adaptor / pilot drill, care should be taken to line up the grubscrew flat on the adaptor with the grubscrew hole in the holesaw
- Periodically check the grubscrew is tight, especially when being used in an impact driver

- Use with Armeg’s cutting compound to extend tool life and maintain drill sharpness (Part Number ECC002)
