User Instructions

  • Keep a firm grip of the the power tool, pushing it onto the surface to prevent chattering.
  • If possible, clamp the material to be cut.
  • Using an appropriate coolant when cutting metal will improve the life of the blade.
  • Use the correct blade for the material being cut.
  • Be careful when handling cut material – burrs may be present.
  • Avoid tight turns when cutting as this puts stress on the blade and breakages are possible.
  • Adjust the speed to suit the material being cut. In general, the softer the material the higher the speed. Tough materials should be cut at lower speeds.
