Quick Change System

Our Quick Change Holesaw System is built to improve productivity and reduce downtime when cutting holes on site.

Featuring:

• Arbor Adaptor Nuts attach to the reverse of the Holesaws (universally compatible with any standard Holesaw)
• ‘Push & Lock’ Arbor allows rapid, one handed Holesaw changes. Pull-back collar for Holesaw release.
• Hexagon Drive for wobble-free saw retention, and a threadless/pinless system eliminates in-use thread stripping/pin detachment
• A set containing 7 popular sizes of COBALT VARI PITCH Holesaws with Quick Change ‘Push & Lock’ System.
• In a robust case with 3D carbon effect foam insert for convenient carrying and storage.
• COBALT VARI PITCH Holesaw teeth for rapid and smooth cutting with minimal vibration.
• Manufactured from M42 steel with 8% cobalt for excellent wear resistance at higher drilling temperatures.
• Designed for use with plasterboard, MDF, metal and wood.

1. Screw Adaptor Nut to the back of the Holesaw
2. Push & Lock onto Arbor
3. Pull Back Collar to Release

Adaptor Nuts attach to the reverse of the Holesaws.  ‘Push & Lock’ onto the Arbor, then easily release by pulling back the collar.

Designed for use with plasterboard, MDF, metal and wood.
