Following an option to temporarily shut down operations we have decided to keep a minimum team on site to service any customer orders required to keep essential services functioning.
Having established very safe working practices, I am pleased to confirm that customer orders are now being quickly processed for same day despatch. In addition, we have decided to drop our carriage paid minimum order value from £100 to £50 during this exceptional period, to support our UK retailers who may be experiencing a drop in volumes.
