We have a separate returns policy for products purchased through our dealer network. The following terms apply for products purchased online from the Armeg Factory Shop.
FACTORY SHOP RETURNS
If you purchased your Armeg product directly from the Armeg Factory Shop, you may return it to us up to 14 working days from receipt.
Should you wish to return a product to us, please e-mail us [email protected], referencing the unique 5-digit Order Number on our original e-mailed order acknowledgment. We will then advise return address and issue instructions on how to proceed.
The product should then be returned in the original packaging and should be unused and in the exact condition in which we supplied it. Please be sure to cover any sharp edges.
You are responsible for the return carriage costs. We advise that you use a tracked postal/courier service.
We will issue you a refund to the payment method you used to pay for your order within 30 calendar days of receipt of returned product. Please refer to our full Factory Shop Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Products ordered from the Armeg Factory Shop are covered by the same guarantee as all of our products – they are covered against manufacturing defects and faults for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Should your product develop a fault or a problem, then please e-mail us [email protected] referencing the unique 5-digit Order Number on our original e-mailed order acknowledgment. Please provide a description and images of the fault and we will advise how to proceed.
